Academic and Application Information

SUNY's 30 locally sponsored community colleges are located strategically throughout New York State. They offer two-year degree programs that serve as job-entry educational experience or transfer opportunities to bachelor's degree programs at four-year campuses. (One advantage of the SUNY system is that credits are easily transferable between campuses if you want to continue your education beyond the community college level.) Community colleges also offer shorter certificate programs.
