For Immediate Release: Friday Nov. 13, 2009

 Albany The State University of New York Board of Trustees will hold a meeting Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2009. The meeting will be held at the State University College of Optometry, 18th floor Alumni Commons. 

The Open Formal Board meeting is anticipated to begin at 11:00 a.m.

The Open Formal Board meeting will be webcast over the Internet. Instructions for accessing the webcast will be available the morning of Nov. 17, 2009 at www.suny.edu.

It is anticipated that the Chairman of the Board will call for a motion to convene an Executive Session under provisions of Section 105 of Article 7 of the Public Officers Law at 10:30 a.m. in the 12th floor Board Room of SUNY Optometry to consider the appointment of a permanent president for Nassau Community College.
